These are not stocked as pre-cut items. Because each order is cut specifically to customer specifications, all cut materials are considered custom products and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Our standard cutting tolerances are:

  • Length: +0.125″ / -0.062″
  • During the cutting process, the saw blade removes approximately 1/16″ (kerf) of material. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and is already included within the stated cutting tolerances.
