DOM Steel Round Tube
Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) is a steel round tube that is produced to exceptional tolerances and with a higher yield and tensile strength. It is produced with steel coils slit to a proper width. It is cold formed and electric resistance welded under pressure to complete the tubular shape. The cold-drawing process creates a uniform, precision product without a visible weld seam inside or outside. DOM steel round tube is easily machined for close tolerance parts.
