Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Freight. Orders weighing more than 150 lbs must be shipped via freight carrier.

Orders typically ship within 48 business hours after receipt and review by our sales team. All web orders are verified for accuracy, payment authorization, inventory availability, and other order details. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached during normal business hours in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST. If you need to contact us regarding your order, you can reach us at (214) 231-1434 during business hours.

If you request a delivery address change directly through UPS after your order has shipped, Metals4U cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays, lost shipments, misdeliveries, or additional charges. Once a delivery address has been modified at the customer’s request, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
