DESCRIPTION

0.090″ (11 GA) Brass Sheet is manufactured from brass alloy and produced in a flat sheet form for heavy-duty fabrication, decorative, mechanical, electrical, and general industrial applications. The 0.090″ thick (11 gauge) brass sheet provides increased strength, rigidity, durability, corrosion resistance, and an attractive gold-colored appearance. Brass offers excellent machinability and can be cut, drilled, formed, stamped, and fabricated, making this sheet suitable for demanding functional and decorative applications.

Applications:

0.090″ (11 GA) Brass Sheet is commonly used in fabrication, industrial, and decorative applications, including:
• Heavy-duty custom metal fabrication and sheet-metal projects
• Decorative panels, trim, and architectural applications
• Electrical components, contacts, and hardware
• Machine components and equipment fabrication
• Nameplates, signs, tags, and engraved plates
• Industrial, commercial, and general-purpose fabrication

Advantages:

Corrosion resistant: Brass provides good resistance to corrosion and oxidation in many environments
Strong and rigid: 11-gauge thickness provides increased structural strength and durability
Attractive appearance: Offers a distinctive gold-colored finish for decorative and architectural applications
Highly machinable: Can be cut, drilled, formed, bent, stamped, and machined

Summary:

The 0.090″ (11 GA) Brass Sheet is a strong, durable, and versatile metal sheet designed for heavy-duty fabrication, industrial, decorative, electrical, and general-purpose applications. Its 11-gauge construction provides excellent rigidity and durability while maintaining the machinability, corrosion resistance, and attractive appearance associated with brass, making it an excellent choice for demanding fabrication projects, components, panels, trim, and architectural applications.

* Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the metals market. | All “Value Length” and “Value Pack” item measurements are subject to standard mill tolerances. | Products may be manufactured several thousandths of an inch over or under the stated dimensions and still be within acceptable mill tolerances. All bar, tube, structural, pipe, sheet, plate, and similar products sold on our website are custom cut to the lengths and sizes selected by the customer at the time of purchase. These are not stocked as pre-cut items. Because each order is cut specifically to customer specifications, all cut materials are considered custom products and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun. Our standard cutting tolerances are:

  • Length: +0.125″ / -0.062″
  • During the cutting process, the saw blade removes approximately 1/16″ (kerf) of material. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and is already included within the stated cutting tolerances.
