Shipping Policies

All shipments are made via UPS Ground, or UPS Freight. Shipments over 100 lbs will require Freight Shipping.

Your order will normally ship within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to our sales staff. All web orders are checked for accuracy, payment methods, and other points of sale. Please be sure to provide a phone number that we can reach you at during regular business hours.

If you change your delivery address with UPS, then we can't be held resonsible for lost shipments, or delayed shipments. Once you (the customer) has changed the delivery location address, the materials become your responsibility and Metals 4U cannot be held liable.
