Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization from Metals4U Online. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please call (214) 231-1434 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
⚠️ Because most orders are custom cut to customer specifications, all correctly processed cut materials are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Metals4U Online is not responsible for errors resulting from dimensions, quantities, or specifications provided by the customer at the time of order entry.
If Metals4U Online ships an incorrect item or processes an order incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Any material damaged during shipment must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims reported after this period may be denied. Metals4U Online will assist in initiating a UPS damage claim on the customer’s behalf.
If damage is noticed at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and notify Metals4U Online immediately. UPS will return the shipment to our facility for inspection and claim processing.
Approved returns that are not the result of shipping damage may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the material, condition, and return circumstances. Returned material must be received and inspected before any refund can be issued.
Special-order materials, non-stock items, and drop-shipped products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Any exchanges will require additional shipping charges, which are also the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you for payment, as we do not store credit card information.
Approved refunds will consist of the original purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges.
