Returns Policy

All returns are subject to prior approval by Metals4Uonline at the warehouse. Please call 214-231-1434 during regular business hours (CMT) to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

MATERIALS CUT CORRECTLY MAY NOT BE RETURNED

Any items having been damaged will have to be submitted to UPS for damage claim, which we initiate from our end.

If damage to the shipment is noticed immediately upon delivery, please refuse the shipment by returning the package, unopened, to a UPS Hub.

Once we have received the item back, it could be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Any exchanges will require another shipping charge, and will be the responsibility of the customer, and we'll contact you for your payment method as we do not store any credit card information on our webservers, or on-site.

Refunds will be subject to our discretion, as to the quality of the returned item. Refunds will consist of the initial invoice amount, minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
