Return policy
Returns must be made within 20 days of our shipping carrier proof of receiving.
Stock items found on our website are eligible for return unless specifically marked as a clearance item. The customer will be responsible for securely packing and shipping the material back to us using a shipping carrier that provides tracking information. Please call us before shipping the items back so that we can notify our warehouse staff to be on the lookout. . Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped from our warehouse. Materials that have been modified, painted, or damaged in any way will not be eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund for the material.
Incorrectly Processed Orders
If we made a mistake in processing your order we will gladly replace the item. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of shipment. We will send you a return label that you can print and place on the return package and get a correct shipment on its way.
Special Orders
We are unable to provide any refunds for items that have been custom cut or custom ordered. These products are not able to be resold.
