When will my order ship?
If your order is received before 11:00AM CST Monday through Friday, it will most likely ship the same day. If the order is received after 11:00AM CST it will ship the next business day. (Monday-Friday)
Will you ship outside of the continental US?
We are unable to calculate or process international orders on the site. You will need to contact us directly for an international shipping quote.
Can I choose a different method of shipping other than UPS?
We currently offer UPS as our sole shipping provider for regular orders. Large orders can be shipped out with a freight line. We are unable to ship USPS due issues with traceability and lost packages.
Can I pick up my order from your Austin, TX store?
Sure you can! Our website does not have an option for will call, so you will need to email it to us, or call it in. We can often have orders ready within 30-45 minutes!
How is my product packaged?
Most “long” products will ship in a cardboard round or square tube, depending on the dimensions. The tubes will be sealed with a metal insert, or strong fiber tape to ensure your material reaches you in one piece. Flat sheet products are sandwiched in between cardboard sheets and either stapled or taped around the edges.
If I want longer than 8’ lengths, can you ship that?
UPS will ship up to 96” max. With materials that are longer than 96”, we can ship through a freight carrier. You will have to email or call us for a quote for freight.

How is my order cut/processed?
We cut most of the smaller size materials on an abrasive chop saw. Larger or thicker materials will be cut with our DoAll automatic bandsaw. Sheet and plate products are cut with our Tennsmith or Haco Atlantic shear. Sheared products do release stress in a way that may alter the “flatness” of the material. If you have flatness tolerance requirements, please email or call us and we can try our best to provide the specified material.
What is your cutting tolerance?
Our cutting tolerance is +.125” / -.125”.
Why don’t you offer any lengths longer than 8 feet?
Max length for packages to ship safely with UPS is 8ft. If you require longer lengths, please contact for a quote to material shipped motor freight.
Can you do any fabricating procedures on my material (drilling, welding, bending, etc)?
Unfortunately, we do not offer and type of fabrication work.
How can I get material test reports?
Yes, material test reports can be furnished for a $5.00 fee. Please contact us if you need this report.
How can I get additional material if the site says you are out of stock?
Please contact us for material availability. We order material on a daily/weekly basis from our mills and distributors.
How can I order a specific length?
